{"id":1694,"date":"2024-09-12T11:20:28","date_gmt":"2024-09-12T11:20:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dikdurus.com\/?p=1694"},"modified":"2024-09-12T11:20:40","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T11:20:40","slug":"beceremiyorsunuz-istifa-edin-egitim-kaosa-cevrildi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dikdurus.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/12\/beceremiyorsunuz-istifa-edin-egitim-kaosa-cevrildi\/","title":{"rendered":"Beceremiyorsunuz, istifa edin: E\u011fitim kaosa \u00e7evrildi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumhuriyet\u00e7i T\u00fcrk Partisi (CTP) Genel Sekreteri As\u0131m Akansoy, yeni e\u011fitim y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar ve eksikliklerle ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek UBP-DP-YDP H\u00fck\u00fcmeti\u2019ne ele\u015ftirilerde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Naz\u0131m \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu\u2019nun yeni e\u011fitim y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6ncesindeki a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na de\u011finen Akansoy, \u201cHaz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131z, pl\u00e2ns\u0131z ve programs\u0131z uygulamalarla e\u011fitim kaosa \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu\u2019na seslenen As\u0131m Akansoy, \u201cE\u011fitimde geri d\u00f6n\u00fclmesi \u00e7ok zor olan yaralar a\u00e7t\u0131n\u0131z Say\u0131n \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu. Bu toplumun \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na, gen\u00e7lerine verdi\u011finiz zarar yeter art\u0131k\u201d diyerek istifa \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda da bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u0131m Akansoy\u2019un a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMilli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Say\u0131n Naz\u0131m \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu\u2019nun sal\u0131 g\u00fcnk\u00fc (10 Eyl\u00fcl 2024) bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 e\u011fitimde \u00fclkeyi y\u00f6netti\u011fini iddia edenlerin ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 plans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fatt\u0131klar\u0131 kaosu, bu y\u0131l da katlanarak ya\u015fatacaklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say\u0131n \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu; bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda \u00fclke ekonomisini getirdikleri durumu, kontrols\u00fcz n\u00fcfus ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 ve kurultay istihdamlar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok konuyu atlam\u0131\u015f ve g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say\u0131n \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu, Deprem Komitesi raporlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda 28 okulda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bo\u015falt\u0131lan 294 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n yerine 218 konteyner (\u201cprefabrik\u201d) s\u0131n\u0131f yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.&nbsp; Ne var ki bu a\u00e7\u0131klamada, daha 2 y\u0131l \u00f6nce hizmete giren okullar\u0131n bile bug\u00fcn konteyner s\u0131n\u0131flarla dolduruldu\u011fundan, hatta s\u0131rf konteyner yap\u0131lardan olu\u015fan okullar yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan hi\u00e7 bahsetmiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dahas\u0131, bu konteyner yap\u0131lar\u0131n maliyetinin 48 milyon 751 bin TL oldu\u011fu ifade ediliyor. Ancak bu kayna\u011f\u0131n nas\u0131l kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131lm\u0131yor. \u015eeffafl\u0131ktan ve hesap verebilirlikten tamamen uzak bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zece\u011fini beklemek \u00f6l\u00fc g\u00f6z\u00fcnden ya\u015f beklemektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fitimin her alan ve kademesi rastgelelikten uzak, ciddi pl\u00e2nlama ve programlamay\u0131 gerektiren bir i\u015ftir. E\u011fitimin belirlenmi\u015f hedeflere ula\u015fma gereklili\u011fi vard\u0131r. Oysa \u0131srarla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen plans\u0131z, programs\u0131z ve i\u015f bilmez uygulamalarla e\u011fitim bitirilmi\u015ftir. Pedagojiden yoksun anlay\u0131\u015flarla kamu okullar\u0131 ruhsuz yap\u0131lar haline getirilerek, okul olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say\u0131n \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda alelacele ve \u0131srarla hayata ge\u00e7irilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ama \u00f6\u011fretmen, \u00f6\u011frenci ve veli i\u00e7in bir t\u00fcr i\u015fkenceye d\u00f6nen s\u00f6zde tam g\u00fcn uygulamas\u0131na bu e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda da devam edilece\u011fini belirtiyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131z, pl\u00e2ns\u0131z ve programs\u0131z uygulamalarla e\u011fitim kaosa \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir. E\u011fitimi bu kaostan kurtarmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan bilimsel ve pedagojik temelleri olan t\u00fcm \u00f6nerilere kulak t\u0131kanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmen sendikalar\u0131yla sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde isti\u015fare etmeyen, okul y\u00f6neticisinin, \u00f6\u011fretmenin ve \u00f6\u011frencinin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate almayan anlay\u0131\u015flarla yap\u0131lan her uygulama sonucunda ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda e\u011fitimde derin kay\u0131plar yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Belli ki buna devam edilecektir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>427 bin adet kitap bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ama \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za ve gen\u00e7lerimize \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu becerilerin kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131lamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumun t\u00fcm kesimleri taraf\u0131ndan tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131lanan ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitimsel sorunlara \u00e7are olunamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>270 yeni \u00f6\u011fretmenin istihdam edilece\u011finden bahsedilmi\u015f ama her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn kontrols\u00fcz bir \u015fekilde artan n\u00fcfusla birlikte, artan \u00f6\u011frenci n\u00fcfusunun ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu&nbsp; ger\u00e7ek \u00f6\u011fretmen say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 270 olarak verilen bu say\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fundan hi\u00e7 bahsedilmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00d6\u011fretmen Tasarrufu\u201d politikas\u0131yla ders y\u00fck\u00fc alt\u0131nda ezilen, pedagojiden yoksun, \u00e7a\u011f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ortamlarda g\u00f6rev yapmaya yollanan \u00f6\u011fretmenin meslek stat\u00fcs\u00fc yerle bir edilmi\u015f, itibars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep olunmu\u015ftur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okullar\u0131n alt yap\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na, ciddi ekonomik sorunlar ya\u015fayan okul idarelerine \u201cbidon boya\u201d yollamak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamusal e\u011fitimde kalitenin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 CTP\u2019nin vazge\u00e7ilmez ilkelerinden biridir. CTP, ger\u00e7ek ihtiya\u00e7lara d\u00f6n\u00fck ak\u0131lc\u0131 pl\u00e2nlamalarla genel b\u00fct\u00e7e i\u00e7erisinde kamusal e\u011fitime ayr\u0131lan pay\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, ak\u0131lc\u0131 ve ger\u00e7ek ihtiya\u00e7lara d\u00f6n\u00fck faaliyet pl\u00e2nlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131lar\u0131 ve okullar\u0131n \u00f6zel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenecek ekonomik kayna\u011f\u0131n okul idarelerinin kontrol\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bir d\u00fczenlemeye gidilmesindeki t\u00fcm ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atmaya haz\u0131rd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say\u0131n \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu, mensubu oldu\u011funuz koalisyon h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcz ve pl\u00e2ns\u0131z, programs\u0131z politikalar\u0131n\u0131zla kamusal e\u011fitimi bitirme noktas\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fcklediniz. E\u011fitimde geri d\u00f6n\u00fclmesi \u00e7ok zor olan yaralar a\u00e7t\u0131n\u0131z Say\u0131n \u00c7avu\u015fo\u011flu.
